Collaboration to Create Digital Content for the Socially Disadvantaged

Jecheon, E-News Today - Chungbuk Bureau, Reporter Kim Ji-hyeok | On the 6th, the Jecheon Cultural Foundation (Chairman Kim Sang-soo) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with TWIG FARM (CEO Baek Sun-ho), an AI-based content service company, to improve the environment for creating digital content aimed at supporting the socially disadvantaged.

Through this agreement, the Jecheon Cultural Foundation aims to widely promote Jecheon's rich cultural assets and create a foundation that allows expatriates and multicultural citizens to access lifestyle information and culture without the barrier of language.

The main points of the agreement include:

  • Technical support and collaboration in creating content for the socially disadvantaged,
  • Development of educational content for children from multicultural families,
  • Promotion of Jecheon City’s cultural content,
  • Cooperation on other matters necessary for the mutual development and operation of both organizations.

Kim Ho-sung, Executive Director of the Jecheon Cultural Foundation, stated, "This agreement will help to publicize the cultural value of Jecheon City both domestically and internationally and contribute to the integration of the local community with diverse languages and cultural backgrounds. We will continue to work together to reduce the number of citizens who are culturally marginalized."

TWIG FARM is an AI-based content service company that has recently secured multiple investments, including in a Series A round. The company is innovating the production and distribution environment for content, including descriptive subtitles for the hearing impaired, multilingual subtitles for multinational users, AI voice dubbing, and newsletter sharing and recommendations.
